VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER STUDENTS WERE GIVEN DIABETES AND OBESITY TRAINING
Students of the Vocational Training Center in Aydın’s Söke district were told about ways to prevent diabetes and obesity and the importance of healthy nutrition.
An educational study was carried out in Söke district to disseminate healthy living habits and increase health awareness among students. Dietitian Duygu Başar Özüdoru, who works at the Healthy Life Center affiliated with the Söke District Health Directorate, gave training to the students of the Söke Vocational Training Center on diabetes and obesity. Within the scope of the training, students were informed about the importance of healthy nutrition and ways to protect against diabetes and obesity. The training, which emphasized the importance of acquiring healthy living habits at an early age, aimed to raise students’ awareness about nutrition and increase their awareness of diseases. In the statement made by Söke District Health Directorate, it was stated that educational activities supporting healthy living for a healthy future are continuing.
