SEVERAL PEOPLE TAKEN INTO CUSTODY FOLLOWING ARMED ALTERCATION SPARKED BY LOUD MUSIC

Many people were detained in the armed conflict that broke out due to loud music in Adıyaman.

According to the information obtained, an argument broke out between two groups due to loud music near Kireçhane Street in Fatih District, Adıyaman center. The argument, which escalated in a short time, turned into an armed fight after a while. While the parties engaged in an armed conflict with each other in the fight, a large number of police teams were dispatched to the scene. While the teams arriving at the scene intervened in the individuals, special operations teams were also dispatched to the area. While the neutralized individuals were taken into custody, extensive security measures were taken in the surrounding area. 2 people who were injured as a result of pellets hitting their arms during the fight and 3 people who were injured as a result of the assault were taken to Adıyaman Training and Research Hospital and received treatment. It was learned that police teams are continuing their investigations in the region where many people were detained.

An investigation has been launched into the incident.
