ONE PERSON HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE THEFT OF TWO DOGS
An individual has been arrested in connection with the theft of two dogs from a construction site in İskele.
According to information provided by the Police Press Office, on October 23, 2026, at approximately 11:00 a.m., two dogs—kept in a kennel at a construction site belonging to an individual in İskele—were taken away by person or persons unknown.
Following the incident being reported to the police, an investigation was launched, which led to the identification and arrest of a suspect, identified as Ö.C.Ö. (male, 50).
The investigation is ongoing.
